Why I Started Jays Jumble

Like most parents, I spent many times being caught at 3 or 4pm thinking, oh... What do I do for dinner? You realise you have about 30 minutes until dinner time and no idea where to begin.

I realised that a successful family dinner wasn't about having perfect recipe or the most extravagant meal ideas. It boiled down to two things:

- Smart Prep: Having a system that works
- Right equipment: Using tools that actually saves time, instead of just taking up cupboard space, doing nothing.

-Honest Gear Comparisons: I’ll give you an honest opinion on the equipment that can be used, if it’s going to save you 15 minutes of chopping then I’ll tell you. If it’s just an expensive product that isn’t worth the price, I’ll tell you that too.
